The tenant is relocating from an approximately 20,000 sf facilityin Shelby Township into a new, substantially larger building in MacombTownship, owned by Don West and Kevin West. Building amenities and taxabatements were incentives in the property selection, said G&E officials.
Chuck Ginster and Giancarlo Pinterpe represented the owner in thistransaction.
The company also announced the sale of 14,400 sf of industrialspace in Warren to Ferndale Labs.
Ferndale Labs chose the Warren property, owned by Metro Realty Holding,because of its close proximity to its other location and its two truckwells,said G&E officials. The facility will be used as a warehouse.John Arthurs represented the seller in this transaction.
