The tenant is relocating from an approximately 20,000 sffacilityin Shelby Township into a new, substantially largerbuilding in MacombTownship, owned by Don West and Kevin West.Building amenities and taxabatements were incentives in theproperty selection, said G&E officials.
Chuck Ginster and Giancarlo Pinterpe represented the owner inthistransaction.
The company also announced the sale of 14,400 sf ofindustrialspace in Warren to Ferndale Labs.
