He tells GlobeSt.com that the Houston school for paralegals and medical assistants set up shop in the building just a few years ago. The 80,000-sf building's location was a primary factor in the decision to stay, according to the tenant's representative. Melissa Carlisle of RM Crowe Co.'s Houston office represented the property owner of record, Houston Portfolio III LP.

At 3120 Southwest Freeway, CSI Software took 6,076 sf of office space. Roddy McAlpine of the Houston office of Colliers International represented the tenant in the transaction. Steve Rocher and Kristen Porter, both with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co., represented the building owner, Unilev Management.
