Dave Smith and Adam Wicker of Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office say the four buildings--comprising 19,659 sf--were purchased by Orange County-based individual owner-users for purposes ranging from general offices to medical and dental practices. Smith and Wicker are the listing agents for the park, which is at Santa Margarita Parkway and Avenida Empresa and is a project of Los Angeles-based Investment Development Services.

The buildings are single-story, wood frame construction, built in early 2001 and early this year. Smith tells GlobeSt.com that the campus-style office development features four parking spaces per 1,000 sf of building space, with common-area courtyard and other amenities. The building addresses and sizes are 29819 Santa Margarita Parkway, 4,605 sf; 29873 Santa Margarita Parkway, 5,200 sf; 29863 Santa Margarita Parkway, 5,249 sf; and 29861 Santa Margarita Parkway, 4,605 sf.

Of the 14 buildings in the development, six have been sold, three are in escrow, two have offers pending and three are still available, according to Smith. The available buildings range from 7,761 sf to 14,096 sf.
