Kenmore Buys in Southampton

LONDON-The Kenmore Group has bought the freehold of the 43,000-sf Brunswick House, Brunswick Place, Southampton from AXA Sun Life for pounds 5.05 million ($8 million) to show an initial yield of 7.77%.

The building was put on the market by AXA Sun Life. It is a substantial office and retail property in the city's main professional district, with views across Watts Park which backs onto Above bar, Southampton's principal shopping area. It is multi-let to tenants including the Immigration Service; AXA; Crescent and FPD Savills.
