Since he joined CRESA Partners in 1999, Espino has represented tenants including Apple Computers, Premiere American Bank, Gables Financial Group and Gerling Global RE. Recently, he represented World Fuel Services in the relocation of its world headquarters to Doral Costa, at 9800 NW 41 St. in Miami.
Espino has been a developer and real estate investor for more than 25 years.
