The local firm signed a medium-term lease for 8758 Clay Rd., situated four miles northwest of the existing address, Chris Kugle with the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. He and NAI Partners' Vince Gyorgy represented the tenant, who is planning to relocate in the coming week.
Kugle says his clients looked around the submarket, but the layout of the Clay Hempstead Business Park facility with its heavy power and 10% office finish was the perfect configuration for Coastal Cleaning.
Brian Gammill of Transwestern Commercial Services Houston office represented the business park owner, CGI/Clay Hempstead LP. He says the recently renovated property is situated on 8.5 acres. The multi-tenant, office/warehouse and distribution park contains four buildings, totaling 289,000 sf. Gammill says the park is 90% leased.
