The printing technology company's new space is located in 3 ParkPlaza in the Jamboree Center, according to Bender and Walter,managing directors at Insignia's Newport Beach office, whorepresented Oce in the 10-year, $5-million lease. The Irvine Co.was represented in-house by Gary Gerson. Bender and Walter say theprinter supplier will move in near the end of this year. The spacewill serve as a regional sales office and showroom for thecompany.

Oce is a supplier of digital printers, scanners and otherdocument management and delivery technology that enables users todeliver documents and data over internal networks and the Internet.The company is consolidating into the new space from approximately28,000 sf at its other locations. The 3 Park Plaza building it willoccupy is a 20-story, granite-clad office project, built in 1990and part of the five-building, 1.6-million-sf Jamboree Centerdevelopment.
