"Every deal has its own set of individual requirements and problems and these were no different," according to G-H principal and co-founder Mel Gebroe. "Time was of essence and it took contract meetings on New Year's Eve in New York City plus a great deal of hands-on follow-up to make the deal work to the satisfaction of all parties."

The seven properties, which total 253 units in six brick mid-rise buildings and a separate 120-unit complex "have consistently maintained high occupancy," according to Gebroe.

The attorneys involved in the transactions include Morris Silberberg of Frankel & Hershkovitz, Andrew Alpstein and Steven Offner, all of New York City.
