The 15-year-old property at 1165 NorthChase houses nine tenants. The average asking rent range is $17.50 gross per sf. Power Industry Consultants had been on a five-year lease.

Aldridge says the property's location sells itself. NorthChase Office Park is two miles north of the Interstate 75 and Interstate 285 interchange. The building offers on-site conference facilities; a parking ratio of 4.6 spaces per 1,000 sf leased; landscaped grounds with picnic areas; a pond and walking trails.
