Puckett's Flooring Co. picked up the 8075 S. Priest Dr. property on 1.4 acres for more than $1.9 million from builder Chamberlain Development LLC. The company was formerly located in about 12,500 sf at 1401 S. Fiesta Dr.
Mark Wilcke with NAI Horizon's Phoenix office, who along with partner Joe Cryan, negotiated the transaction for both parties, tells GlobeSt.com that the new building, a freestanding design with about 4,000 sf of office space, was perfectly suited for the flooring supply firm. "They wanted to be in Tempe and it was a good location close to the freeways," said Wilcke. "It had the size and layout that made it work for them."
