Dave Kluver and Garrett Sholer of the Grubb & Ellis Newport Beach office report that Brite Ideas has already moved into the concrete tilt-up building, which features two-story office space and one-story warehouse space. The facility houses the company's corporate headquarters, sales offices and distribution operation. The company has relocated from previously occupied leased space at 1 Technology in Irvine.
The company markets a broad range of lighting products and services for holidays, product displays, trade shows, fund-raising events, special promotions, parties and other home and commercial purposes. Kluver and Sholer represented the buyer. Seller Saddleback Associates Inc. of Rancho Santa Margarita had its side of the deal negotiated by Guy LaFerrara of the Lee & Associates' Irvine office and Thomas Gilmer of Lee & Associates in Anaheim.
