Construction is expected to be completed this fall.
The retail portion of Boston-based Abbott Real Estate Development LLC's building could be divided into two to five spaces, as blocks of 2,000 sf to 6,000 sf are being marketed by Richard McKinnon of The Grossman Companies. He is optimistic of landing those tenants by the completion of construction.
"It's a great location in the heart of historic Quincy, adjacent to the MBTA, commuter rail and bus stop, with over 600,000 sf of office space within walking distance," McKinnon notes.
He landed Dudley's Liquid Library, Gypsy Kitchen as well as Fajitas and Ritas to the neighboring Munroe Building earlier this year.
