Scott Robins Construction has worked on office buildings, stores, condominiums and hotels. The firm's projects include the St. Moritz Hotel and 5600 Collins, a rehabilitation project.

Karlton Collins LLC purchased the 34-year-old former Victorian Plaza office building and is renovating and converting it into condominiums at a total acquisition and project cost of approximately $45 million.

Famed architect Morris Lapidus originally designed the building. Robins Construction is responsible for all phases of construction. The building's shell will be preserved, but its interior will be gutted and retrofitted. Condo prices range from $220,000 to $500,000.
