. Omega is located on the former BurtonwoodAirbase site beside the M62 motorway. The development team is proposing to build 7 million sf of offices, production, technology, distribution,live/work units, leisure/ancillary retail, hotel and conference facilities.
Miller Developments Director Andrew Sutherland said: " Omega will be developed over 25 to 30 years to become one of Europe's largest and most important development schemes.The £1 billion ($1.6 billion) that will be invested in Omega's development will considerablybenefit the economic prosperity of Warrington and the North West as a wholeand, it is anticipated could ultimately provide over 24,000 direct jobs."
