Keith Earnest and Jeff Roberts have been named vice presidents of real estate development for the firm's Phoenix office. Alan Torvie has been promoted to senior director of construction for affiliate Opus West Construction Corp. and Daniel T. Haug has been named vice president and general counsel for the firm's western market.
In their new positions, Earnest and Roberts will be responsible for all aspects of real estate development for the firm in Arizona, southern Nevada and New Mexico. Earnest will manage projects in eastern metropolitan Phoenix, including downtown, the East Valley and a portion of Scottsdale, and its interests in Las Vegas. Roberts' development territory will be western metropolitan Phoenix, including the Camelback Corridor and a portion of Scottsdale, and Albuquerque.
Torvie's new position makes him responsible for supervision and management of all design-build activities in Arizona, New Mexico and southern Nevada.
In his new position, Haug will provide general counsel services for the company's office, industrial, retail and residential real estate portfolio and affiliates, including Opus West Construction Corp. and Opus West Management Corp. He will also oversee the company's six-state region of Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah and will serve as associate general counsel for Opus Corp., the Minneapolis-based parent of Opus West.
