The Frontline Group LLC exited 10333 Richmond Ave. in the Westchase submarket of southwest Houston for 14550 Torrey Chase Blvd. Frontline Group moved from the Westchase area because Northchase Center is closer to Bush Intercontinental airport and employees' homes plus offered attractive lease terms, GlobeSt.com is told by a contact for Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors, the building owner.

The Koll Bren Schreiber contact says Frontline signed a long-term lease for the six-story, 128,981-sf office building, now 81% occupied. The going rate is $14 per sf. Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips, a team with Houston-based PM Realty Group, bargained the terms for the building owner while the tenant handled negotiations in house.
