This is reported to be the third largest office lease deal in the metro area so far this year. And unlike many other transactions, it is pure absorption. Pfizer was represented by The Staubach Co. The building was represented by Insignia/ESG of Colorado.
Pfizer, based in New York City, chose the Denver area for its favorable business climate and educated workforce. The new office will be in charge of district managers and sales representatives in 13 states from Washington to Texas and from North Dakota to Arkansas. The area had been supervised from an office in Chicago in the past.
