Beth Randall, Nate Pattee and Brad Libey will be responsible for material expedition, detail scheduling, submittal processing, quotations, change orders, purchase orders and engineering during the construction.
Randall, who joined the company three years ago as a project coordinator, transitioned into the project engineer position while working on Hamstra Square, a retail center in Scottsdale.
Pattee, a two-year employee, recently completed projects for Prescott Lakes Athletic Club in Prescott, the Buddhist Church in Phoenix, Foothills Vista Pad G in Phoenix, LA Fitness site work in Chandler, and the Shops at Zocallo in Scottsdale. Libey is currently overseeing the Wells Fargo Ocotillo Corporate Center in Chandler.
