Mehran Foroughi of Sperry Van Ness in Irvine represented the seller and the buyer. He says the center is located in a flourishing submarket of San Bernardino County, close to the 10 and 215 freeways, two of the most active development corridors in the Inland Empire. The property is a two-building center at 9172 W. Foothill Blvd. that was 100% leased at sale time to several national and regional tenants, including Hertz Rent a Car, Subway, Supercuts and Fairus Market.

The seller owned the Foothill Plaza since it was built in 1983. Brokers say existing properties in the Rancho Cucamonga submarket are benefiting from the increased development that has occurred there in recent years, bringing more homes, shopping centers and apartment complexes.
