Blue Bell, PA-based Franklin Realty Development Corp. owns the 95,000-sf,two-story, newly renovated building. Frank Gonser of Philadelphia-basedGelcor Realty represented Franklin in the transaction. Brian Glancey of Flynn Co.,also based in Philadelphia, represented the tenant.
Fidelity National Financial, the largest title insurance company in the US,purchased Inspection One in August 2001. It was co-founded by brothers Perryand Bart Ecksel in 1988.
Perry Ecksel, vice president, said the firm's move was prompted by rapidexpansion that resulted in an immediate need for additional space. Eckselcredited the CenterPointe facility with convenience, esthetics, and buildingmanagement that was "very cooperative in meeting our needs."
