David Esterkes and Scott Martin, both with the Pasadena office of NAI Capital Commercial, represented the seller. The property includes two fully leased buildings at 603 and 605 S. Lake Ave. One is a two-story structure with 23,266 sf; the other is a single-story building of 4,532 sf. Wild Oats Market occupies the larger building, with Noah's Bagels and Peet's Coffee filling the smaller building.

Esterkes notes that the retail property has abundant parking and is located on the highly visible, high-traffic southwest corner of South Lake Avenue and California Boulevard. The buyer was represented by David Maron of Stevenson Real Estate Services in Glendale.
