The Beach & Adams Center is located at 19901-19945 Beach Blvd. Built in 1983, the neighborhood shopping center is located close to the Pacific Coast Highway and the San Diego (405) Freeway in the central region of Orange County.
The center is 80% leased to several key tenants, including the Pen Sports Bar, Nail Shop, Surf Shop, Pet Grooming, Cake & Candy and Larry's Chicken. The seller had owned the property for 16 years. The buyer was represented by Paul Marengo of Century 21 in Orange County.
