Yomtob Investments LLC bought the property as an income-producing investment, according to Bert Freehof, a broker involved in the transaction. The building was 95% leased at the time of the closing.
Freehof, a senior brokerage associate with Fort Lauderdale-based Brenner Real Estate Group who has 30 years' commercial real estate experience, represented Delray Professional Center LTD in this transaction. Duff Rubin of Jack Lupo Realty represented Yomtob Investments LLC.
