Keller Williams Realty has signed a lease for 4,720 sf for second-floor space at 3500 Sepulveda Blvd. while Tradewinds Escrow Inc. took 3,278 sf for another portion of the second-floor space at the same address. Each sublease is for two years and each is for a total consideration of approximately $200,000.

Graham Bryan of Resource Commercial of San Diego along with Dave Howard and Dan Bradley with Resource Commercial's Irvine office represented the sub-landlord, Pan Pacific. Jim Jandro of Insignia/ESG in El Segundo represented both Keller Williams and Tradewinds.

Tradewinds Escrow is already in its space, with Keller Williams scheduled to move into its new accommodations in June. The spaces are new office locations for both of the firms.
