Morris is a longtime member of the local SIOR chapter and has served on numerous committees through the years, including the executive committee. He has nearly 30 years in the industry and is the executive vice president of NAI Capital Commercial's South Bay office. Before joining NAI Capital Commercial, he was with what is now CB Richard Ellis for almost 20 years as a broker and various management positions. He also has served on the board of the American Industrial Real Estate Association.
