DeBartolomeis was founder and owner of Aspen Leaf, the parentfirm of Pacific Motion Corp., a specialty beachwear retailer basedin Denver. He sold it to a California company in 1997, which closedthe Denver store.
DeBartolomeis then joined the Denver office of First IndustrialRealty, where he handled retail and industrial transactions.Duringthe past three years at First Industrial, he produced more than $17million in 200 transactions.
In addition to leasing, the Laramie Co. also consults ondevelopment planning for lifestyle, entertainment and mixed-useretail properties throughout the U.S.
