Tye notes that the 188,000-sf building went online this past fall, but the company didn't want to break up the space and was waiting for a large tenant. DST's parent company, Equiserve, is a large tenant in an adjacent building to Blue View Corporate Center and will use this space for its corporate headquarters.

Tye adds that National Development is interested in acquiring the former Genuity campus located on Route 128 in Woburn. National Development owns the land and developed the camps for the Internet company which was bought out by Level 3 Communications. Tye says that Level 3 is moving out of town and the company is in negotiations to possibly purchase the buildings.
