Handleman, who formerly brokered Downtown Los Angeles leasing at Insignia/ESG, has more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience representing in excess of four million sf of lease transactions. Before Insignia/ESG, he was with CB Richard Ellis Inc., and before that he was responsible for leasing and asset management for a 3.5-million-sf office portfolio that included 2.5 million sf at 333 S. Hope St. and One California Plaza in Downtown Los Angeles.

Arco Plaza, with its 52-story twin granite-clad towers, occupies an entire city block bounded by Figueroa, Flower, Fifth and Sixth streets. Thomas Properties Group moved its corporate headquarters, along with the management and leasing team, to Arco in March after acquiring the property in a partnership with California State Teachers Retirement System.
