Deborah A. Lerner, vice president of asset management for Amera Realty Services, will head the division. Lerner has 20 years' experience in commercial real estate management. She also is responsible for managing, maintaining and leasing the company's 600,000-sf office, retail and mixed-use portfolio.
Before joining Amera Realty Services, Lerner was South Florida regional director for Konover Property Trust. Other past positions include president of The Lerner Group Inc., a property management, leasing and consulting firm; and vice president of United Community Management Corp., whose portfolio contained one million sf in retail centers in five states, including Florida.
Amera Realty Services' projects include The Walk, a 240,000-sf mixed-use center in Coral Springs; and the 100,000-sf Coral Springs Design Row.
