Phillip Burgess, president of Malden-based Burgess Properties,represented the seller, 15 Garfield Street Realty Trust, in thetransaction, and procured the buyer. Dean's Pastacia is relocatingfrom Charlestown Commerce Center in Charlestown, MA.

"The location, the size and the quality of the buildingperfectly fit all the space needs of the buyer," notes Burgess, whoadds that the seller received a great price for the building, whichhas "unlimited potential for the new buyer." He points out that thebuilding also provides Dean's with 4,000 sf of surplus space, whichit plans to lease.
