"This property was built to suit their needs and they got a great lease price," Pat Harlan, with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc., tells GlobeSt.com of Nyno & Moore's five-year lease with a $462,213 value over the term.

The company, which does environmental consulting work, is currently located at 5035 S. 33rd St., just right down the road. Nyno & Moore will join Gordon Darby, an auto emissions testing firm, and Enterprise Technology Services, a software engineering company, as tenants in the building.

Harlan and Steve Sayre, also with Cushman & Wakefield, represented Nyno & Moore in the lease negotiations. The building owner, Cook Inlet Region of Arizona Inc., of Phoenix, was represented by Rick Lee, TJ Swearingen and Jeff Conrad, all with Lee and Associates Arizona's Phoenix office.
