Michael Dorsey of the Newport Beach office of Grubb & Ellis tells GlobeSt.com that the law firm, which specializes in construction litigation, has already moved into the new space and now occupies the entire 10th floor of 20,025 sf in the building at 2600 Michelson Dr.

Dorsey represented the tenant, with the building owner, Equity Office Properties Trust, represented internally by Tim Marchal. The Michelson Drive location is the headquarters for the law firm, which has been in the building for about five years on a lease that was due to expire Nov. 30. He says the firm is opening a Northern California office and contemplating an expansion into Arizona.

The CitiCorp Tower is a 16-story, 307,662-sf office building. Constructed in 1986, the structure is approximately 95% leased.
