The new senior directors are Mark Zikakis and Todd Anderson; the new director is Ming Lee. Zikakis and Lee were already with the organization, while Anderson is one of several new hires at the firm.

Zikakis, formerly a director with CB Richard Ellis Investors, joined in 1998 and has been with the Strategic Partners team since its launch in 1999. He is a principal who has been responsible for due diligence, financing and closing of the fund's investments on 19 investments totaling $800 million in the past 33 months.

Anderson is responsible for operations for investments in the East, Southeast and Southern regions of the US. He has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and before joining CB Richard Ellis Investors he was an asset manager for Equity Office Properties, responsible for more than 2.3 million sf of institutional-quality real estate.

Lee, formerly an analyst with the firm, is responsible for financial analysis of acquisitions, dispositions, lease proposals and development projects for the investment program.

Besides promoting Zikakis and Lee and hiring Anderson, CBRE Investors hired Nate Munson to fill Lee's former post and added Shubhra Jha as associate director of investment research. CB Richard Ellis Investors LLC is a Los Angeles-based real estate investment management firm with $12.1 billion in assets under management.
