Gittleman, along with associate Arthur Flinn in the same office and managing director Timothy O'Rourke of Studley's Los Angeles office, repped the tenant in the transaction. Property owner NUI Utilities Inc. of Bedminster, NJ was repped by John Cunningham of GVA Williams' Parsippany, NJ office.
TriZetto Group, which is based in Newport Beach, CA, provides healthcare IT products and services to health plans and benefits administrators. Its offerings include enterprise software, an Internet platform and consulting services.
