John Boyle, principal and Paul Leone, senior associate of Trammell Crow Co. represented Linx Communications in the transaction while Joe Fallon, principal of Trammell Crow Co. and Mark Paris of National Development represented property owner, National Development.
Paula Litscher, vice president of finance for Linx says the company chose the space because of the amenities it offers tenants as well as the location. The five-story, 120,000 sf office building is located at the Route 9/Massachusetts Turnpike interchange.
