According to the terms of the $931,000 transaction, Tutto Marmo has taken a total of 23,097 sf in Westcore's property. The firm is occupying suites C, D and F at 9340 Cabot Dr., which currently house Tutto Marmo's showroom and offices. The San Diego-based company imports and distributes marble, granite, limestone and slate. It specializes in unusual and rare selections, importing from countries as varied as India, Italy, Brazil, Egypt, Israel and Spain.
Tutto Marmo is leasing its Miramar Business Park space from an affiliate of Westcore Industrial Properties, known as WCP Cabot LLC. Both the lessor and lessee represented themselves in the recent transaction.
