"It's a pretty big step for us," Mark Loberg, vice president ofthe four-year-old company tells GlobeSt.com of the $2.5-millionproject which will more than triple the company's size. Currentlylocated in the Scottsdale Air Park, Loberg said the firm selectedthe Deer Valley location because of reasonable land costs and aprime location close to the Valley's freeway system.

"Scottsdale land prices were just too expensive for the size weneeded," said Loberg. "This was a good location for us to buy agood piece of land that was priced well and close to the freeways."The Deer Valley area gave us the right location and access to thegrowing housing centers both to the north and the west."

Loberg said the firm plans to use about half of the three acresfor its new facility, reserving the remainder of the property forfuture expansion. Designed by Bob Winton of Winton Architects ofPhoenix, the building will be constructed by SunState Builders ofTempe.
