North Delaware Investors, an entity formed by Kett Engineering of Mesa, took over the 3135 N. Delaware building from Resource Building Solutions of Phoenix in a $986,062 deal in a dual-pronged move for a new home and an investment property.
Pete Klees, an industrial professional with Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial, tells GlobeSt.com that Kett Engineering will move from 2628 W Birchwood in Mesa to the property. The plan is to subdivide two remaining bays into 3,800-sf and 6,500-sf office and warehouse condos for resale to small businesses.
The property has been vacant since it was built about 18 months ago, said Klees, who represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller was self represented.
