The company negotiated a 40,000-sf build-to-suit for lease located on 13 Mile Road in Novi, MI, to KIP America. John Boyd and Dave Green of Signature brokered the deal on behalf of KIP American and Whitehall Partners, who own the property.

Signature also closed the sale of the 16,300-sf office building at 24209 Northwestern in Southfield. The company RSIG Realty purchased the property for $1.4 million, and will use a portion of the building for its new corporate headquarters. Grant Bruce of Signature represented the buyer. Bruce and Bob Badgero represented the seller, McGrath Officenter LLC.

Finally, Signature arranged the sale of the 27,000-sf Southridge Reformed Church building located at Romence Road in Portage (Kalamazoo), MI, to Christ Apostolic Church of Kalamazoo. Jeff Frizzell, Bill Robbins and Ellie Callander of Signature represented the seller, who owned the building.
