Before he joined Stagman, he developed, owned and managed Jardisource Inc, a wicker and teak furniture manufacturer. Previously, he also owned and operated three restaurants located in Orlando and Winter Park, FL, and St. Croix, U.S.Virgin Islands.

Based in Boca Raton, the company is a full-service commercial real estate firm that specializes in tenant representation. It was founded in December 2002. Before forming the company, Stagman previously worked for Coldwell Banker, Grubb & Ellis and Savitar Properties.
