Three Ygnacio Center, the newest of the three buildings, opened last fall and is more than 60% leased with tenants including Fidelity Investments, Tier Technologies and Raines, Melton & Carella Inc. Pembroke is currentlycompleting the renovation of the other two buildings in the center, known as One Ygnacio and Two Ygnacio, as part of a three-year improvement plan for the complex.

The Ygnacio Center is located across from the Walnut Creek Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station, and is close to other Walnut Creek amenities. Pembroke is marketing it as an alternative to Downtown San Francisco.
