John Glassmoyer of CB Richard Ellis' Phoenix office and Sterling Champ of CBRichard Ellis' Los Angeles office, along with Don Roberts of CB RichardEllis' Columbus office, represented the seller, AMP Property LP of SanFrancisco, in the $7.05 million transaction.The buyer, Palin Enterprises of New York City, was assisted by JeromeHackman of Jerome J. Hackman and Co.

The building, located at 320 Industrial Ave., is occupied byinternational glass maker Pilkington. The company, which has six yearsremaining on its lease term, uses the Columbus facility to distributereplacement automotive glass products. Palin was attracted to the propertybecause it was a good distribution center to add to its national portfolio,said CB officials.
