The seller was represented in the transaction by Frank Truesdell, senior vice president in Trammell Crow Co.'s New Jersey office in Florham Park. The buyer was represented by Ian M. Grusd, principal of RE/MAX Commercial Realty, Cranford, NJ. The building itself includes 3,500 sf of office space and 26,500 sf of warehouse space on a two-acre site.
The deal is the latest in a long-term relationship between Trammell Crow Co. and Nestle Waters North America, formerly known as the Perrier Group of America Inc. Last year, TCC represented Nestle Waters in a 77,000-sf, long-term lease for a design/build facility in Kearny, NJ, a project that turned the company's Union facility into surplus property.
