La Jolla Dental Specialty Group will join current tenants Pacific Republic Mortgage Corp. and orthodontist Dr. Paul Styrt at Chancellor Park. Pacific Republic Mortgage Corp. signed a four-year, $1-million agreement for 5,221 sf here in July of last year, while Styrt inked a 10-year, $1.1-million lease this past February for 2,868 sf in the office complex.
