Four of the buildings, with an aggregate 134,810 sf, are at the Pennsylvania Business Center in Camp Hill, PA. They are a combination of office, flex/office and warehouse facilities. Among the tenants are the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, Highmark, Adelphia Business Solutions, and Herr's snack foods.

Gross building area of six properties in Fairview Industrial Park in Lewisburg, PA, is 271,750 sf. Tenants include Ingersoll-Rand, Eagle Global Logistics, Quantum Imaging, and Goodman Manufacturing among others.

The 57,240-sf Wesley Building in Mechanicsburg, PA is a single-story warehouse with some finished office/showroom area. It is fully occupied by Kohl Building Products.

Middletown (PA) Industrial Plaza is a 102,384-sf, single-story, warehouse/office building. Among the tenants are the Department of Revenue and Pennsylvania Lottery.

The company is privately held and has a private investment base. It has a 34-property portfolio, which includes office, retail, hotel, industrial and multifamily properties. "We're currently planning acquisitions across the US," said Kenneth P. Balin, president and CEO.
