Patrick Cavanagh, MAI and Drew Nelson, managing directors at the Boston office of Insignia/ESG, represented Liberty Mutual in the transaction and procured the buyer.

The 13,152-sf building is situated on approximately 1.39 acres. The site, located near the intersection of Routes 27 and 9, contains paved surface parking for 86 vehicles, and is also near Route 95/128.

"The building is strategically located in the desirable Route 128 West submarket, on Route 9, and offers tremendous visibility for Hadlock Law Offices' new corporate headquarters," notes Cavanagh. Nelson emphasizes that the building's infrastructure provides the new owner with flexible layout options.
