As asset manager, Kathleen Danuser will be in charge of a 1,400 unit portfolio specializing in fee management for clients in Texas and New York. With more than 20 years of customer service experience and 15 years in property management, Danuser joined Mark-Taylor seven years ago as a community manager for a property in New Mexico and has worked for several Mark-Taylor communities throughout her tenure and has experience in multi-site, new construction, condo conversion and rehab projects in California and Arizona.
In 1998, she received the Mark-Taylor Residential Award for excellence in property management and nominated for community manager of the year in 1999 and 2001 by the Arizona Multi Housing Association. She was also nominated for the Team Achievement AMA Award in 2001.
