The transaction was arranged for the new tenant by the Staubach Co., which handles SDMA's requirements as a national account. John C. Giordano III, principal, and Steven L. Fleming, senior vice president of Staubach's Murray Hill, NJ, office negotiated the deal. The account is managed by Kevin Brennan, senior vice president of Staubach's San Francisco office. The sublandlord, who was not named, was represented by Bryn Cinque, senior vice president, and associate director Jim Bailey of GVA Williams, Parsippany, NJ.

SDMA's new space will be built out by Staubach's Design Construction and Consulting Services Group, also based in Murray Hill, NJ. The project will be directed by the division's SVP, Francisco J. Cotilla.
