The company is keeping its other Pompano Beach location at 533 E. Sample Rd. as a satellite office, but is moving people to the headquarters building. The firm, which has more than 50 employees in South Florida, has two other locations, one in Somerville and another in Framingham, MA.
Gary Cohen, a broker/associate with Brenner Real Estate Group, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Brian Ahearn of Lincoln Property Co. represented GJ&T Holdings Inc. They handled the sale in a direct deal with The Tax House.
