Omni Cable signed a short-term renewal for 14,650 sf at 4525 B Airline Dr. on the north side of town. Ron Roberson with Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group in Houston tells GlobeSt.com that he and his client looked around the market before signing on the dotted line to keep its half of a building owned by Roadrunner Properties. The owner uses the balance of the structure for its cable company. David Boyd with Houston-based Boyd Page Commercial Real Estate Services represented the building owner.

On the south side of town, Southern Dock Products re-upped 4,875 sf at 9065 Knight Rd. Chris Caudill of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial represented Southern Dock Products and Ross Matthews in the Houston office for Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. represented the building owner, Cobalt Industrial Partners. The 87%-leased building is a 20-year-old, 53,222-sf, multi-tenant project.
